Refund Policy

Every set of magnets is custom-made from your photos, so they can't be restocked or resold — which means we don't accept change-of-mind returns on personalized items. But we stand completely behind what we make:

Damaged, defective, or not right

If your magnets arrive damaged, have a printing defect, or the quality isn't what you expected, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@anchorandkeep.ca with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We'll give you your choice of a free replacement or a full refund. You don't need to mail anything back.

Lost in transit

If your order never arrives, we'll replace it or refund you — see our Shipping Policy.

Photo quality

If a photo you upload is too low-resolution to print well, we'll contact you before production so you can swap it — we'd rather delay a day than ship something you won't love.
